Automation & Process Improvement Specialist

About

We're looking for an Automation & Process Improvement Specialist who can identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency. In this role, you'll work with business teams and stakeholders to evaluate processes, implement automation initiatives, and support continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze operational workflows and identify opportunities for automation
  • Evaluate existing processes and recommend efficiency improvement
  • Support the implementation of automation tools and digital solutions
  • Collaborate with business teams to redesign and optimize workflows
  • Monitor process performance and measure improvement outcomes
  • Document process changes, automation initiatives, and operational standards
  • Support continuous improvement programs and transformation projects
  • Prepare reports and recommendations for stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, automation, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of workflow optimization and operational efficiency
  • Experience working with automation tools, business systems, or digital platforms
  • Ability to analyze processes and identify improvement opportunities
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
