B2B Sales Development Specialist

About

We’re looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Development Specialist who’s passionate about consultative selling and building long-term client relationships. In this role, you won’t just sell services — you’ll become a trusted advisor to business owners, marketers, and decision-makers, helping them find digital solutions that grow their business. You’ll be the bridge between client goals and our in-house marketing, design, and tech teams, ensuring every project starts on a strong foundation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct negotiations with key decision-makers to understand their pain points and objectives
  • Develop tailored solutions for clients and present them effectively
  • Close deals and convert leads into loyal clients
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and expand business through upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, design, and analytics to deliver the best possible solutions
  • Track leads and sales results in the CRM system and generate reports on sales performance

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, specifically in complex service offerings (marketing, IT, consulting)
  • Proven track record of negotiating with business owners, marketers, and other key decision-makers
  • Experience working with CRM tools such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, Planfix, Bitrix, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace tools
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex negotiations
  • Highly goal-oriented with a focus on results and client satisfaction

  • Proficiency in English (B1+ or higher)
