Business Transformation Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate business processes, operating models, and organizational structures to identify improvement opportunities
  • Develop and execute business transformation strategies aligned with corporate objectives
  • Lead cross-functional transformation projects from planning through implementation
  • Coordinate stakeholders across departments to ensure successful project delivery
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend practical, data-driven solutions
  • Define and monitor KPIs to measure transformation progress and business impact
  • Prepare business cases, strategic recommendations, and executive presentations
  • Support change management initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in business transformation, management consulting, corporate strategy, project management, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of business operations and organizational development
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Structured mindset with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Bonus Points

  • Experience delivering organizational or operational transformation initiatives
  • Knowledge of Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience working within high-growth or scaling organizations
  • Familiarity with change management frameworks
