Key Responsibilities

Analyse client business processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and digital improvement opportunities
Define digital transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and growth plans
Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical briefs for development teams
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to ensure alignment between strategy and execution
Support clients during implementation phases, ensuring solutions meet defined goals
Evaluate the impact of digital initiatives and recommend optimization or scaling opportunities
Prepare documentation, presentations, and reports for internal teams and client stakeholders
Support pre-sales and discovery phases with analysis, solution framing, and strategic input

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in digital transformation, business consulting, business analysis, or related roles
Strong understanding of digital products, platforms, and business systems
Ability to analyse complex processes and structure clear, actionable recommendations
Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams
Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Structured, analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

Bonus Points

Experience working with enterprise or mid-sized business clients
Understanding of software development lifecycles and system integration
Experience with CRM, ERP, analytics, or automation platforms
Background in consulting, digital agencies, or technology-driven environments
