Lead Qualification Specialist

About

We’re looking for a proactive Lead Qualification Specialist who thrives on initiating meaningful client conversations and laying the groundwork for long-term partnerships. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for inbound and outbound leads, identifying potential clients, qualifying their needs, and preparing them for the next stage of the sales process. You’ll play a crucial role in building trust, shaping first impressions, and ensuring only the most relevant leads reach our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inbound leads and conduct initial discovery calls
  • Qualify leads based on set criteria to assess fit and potential
  • Initiate communication via Telegram, Instagram (Direct), and email
  • Reach out to cold audiences using targeted messaging
  • Schedule briefings with qualified leads for Sales Managers
  • Log all lead activity, statuses, and outcomes in the CRM system

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in lead generation, qualification, or sales support roles
  • Excellent written communication skills and clarity in messaging
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot, Bitrix, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace tools
  • Ability to quickly analyze lead needs and guide conversations toward the next step
  • Detail-oriented and reliable when working with digital communication channels

Bonus Points

  • English proficiency at B1+ or higher
