2+ years of experience in operations management, business strategy, consulting, or related roles
Strong understanding of operational models and business process optimization
Ability to analyze complex business challenges and structure practical solutions
Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
Strong communication and presentation skills
Structured, analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
