We’re looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist who’s passionate about creating high-impact targeted advertising campaigns that convert. In this role, you’ll lead the development and execution of Facebook and Instagram ad strategies, optimize for performance, and collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver measurable results. From briefing the client to analyzing campaign metrics — you'll own the full funnel of paid social campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct ad account audits and client briefings to clarify goals, target audiences, and product specifics
Develop performance-focused ad strategies, media plans, and campaign KPIs
Create technical tasks for designers that align with campaign goals
Launch and manage paid campaigns across Facebook Ads Manager, ensuring continuous optimization and budget efficiency
Monitor results, identify growth opportunities, and adjust campaigns to meet KPIs
Collaborate with PMs, designers, developers, and PPC specialists to align efforts and build seamless sales funnels
Report on campaign performance and present insights to clients

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on experience with Facebook Ads
Strong portfolio of e-commerce and lead generation cases
Ability to analyze business models and craft compelling offers
Familiarity with tools like Facebook Ads Manager and API Conversion setup
Deep understanding of digital marketing strategy, funnel building, and goal tracking
Clear communicator who can work independently and in team environments

Bonus Points

Experience working in digital marketing agencies
English level B2 or higher for communicating with international clients
Familiarity with tools like GTM, GA, ApixDrive, Looker Studio, TikTok Ads
