Key Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze financial, operational, and strategic performance indicators across portfolio businesses.
Develop performance dashboards, analytical reports, and management presentations.
Identify emerging risks, operational inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Evaluate business performance against strategic objectives and established KPIs.
Support periodic business reviews and performance assessment processes.
Analyze market developments and external factors that may influence portfolio performance.
Collaborate with business leaders to collect, validate, and interpret performance data.
Assist in developing recommendations for resource allocation and operational improvements.
Support scenario analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
Track the implementation and outcomes of performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, corporate strategy, or performance management.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex business information.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and experience with data visualization tools.
Understanding of financial statements, operational metrics, and business performance indicators.
Experience preparing analytical reports and presenting findings to management.
Strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
Professional proficiency in English.
