• Plan, launch, and scale arbitrage campaigns via Facebook and TikTok
• Execute creative and offer testing to identify high-performing funnels
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize traffic quality and CPA
• Build media plans and work directly with designers on ad creative production
• Maintain KPIs across traffic volume, cost, and conversion quality
• Scale budgets based on profitability with no ceiling
• Collaborate with in-house tracking and analytics teams

• 2+ years of experience in media buying on Facebook and/or TikTok
• Proven success scaling campaigns in Tier-1 geos
• Experience launching ad accounts from scratch
• Confident working with Excel or Google Sheets
• Solid knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making
