Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter)

About

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help scale ProminDelta Holding Limited by hiring strong specialists across marketing, sales, and technology. In this role, you’ll own the recruitment cycle end-to-end — from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and supporting onboarding — while ensuring a great candidate experience and high hiring quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles (marketing, sales, tech, operations)
  • Create clear job descriptions and candidate profiles aligned with team needs
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, communities, and referrals
  • Conduct screening calls, assess fit, and shortlist top candidates
  • Coordinate interviews with HR and team leads; manage scheduling and follow-ups
  • Maintain recruitment pipeline and documentation in ATS/CRM tools
  • Improve hiring processes, templates, and candidate communication standards
  • Support onboarding coordination (documents, first-week setup, check-ins)
  • Build employer brand by improving vacancy presentation and recruitment messaging

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition (agency or in-house)
  • Strong sourcing skills and ability to build pipelines for different role types
  • Clear communication, strong judgment, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • English level B2+ for candidate communication and documentation

Bonus Points

  • Experience hiring for digital marketing agencies or performance teams
  • Familiarity with Malta/EU hiring specifics or relocation coordination
  • Experience with HR tools (ATS systems, structured scorecards, interview frameworks)
