About

Do you excel at solving technical issues and leading a dedicated support team? ProminDeltaHolding Limited is in search of a proactive and experienced Technical Support Manager tooversee our technical support operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our technicalservices run smoothly and that customer issues are resolved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of technical support professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Process Development: Develop and implement robust support processes and best practices to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Issue Resolution: Oversee the resolution of complex technical issues, ensuring timelyand effective solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor support metrics, analyze performance data, and report on key indicators to drive improvements.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in technical support, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong problem-solving skills and experience with support ticketing systems and technical troubleshooting.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
