We are looking for a Venture Development Manager to support the growth and scaling of our portfolio companies. You will work closely with founders and internal teams to drive execution, improve operations, and accelerate business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Support portfolio companies in strategy execution and growth initiatives
Identify operational gaps and implement improvements
Work with founders on product, marketing, and scaling strategies
Analyze performance metrics and recommend actions
Coordinate cross-functional support (marketing, operations, analytics)
Participate in launching and developing new ventures

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in consulting, startups, or business operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with early-stage or growth-stage companies
Understanding of business models and scaling strategies
Hands-on mindset with ability to execute
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
